A Warm Welcome to the School Year!

Dear Students, Parents, and Guardians,

It is with great excitement that I welcome all students, families, and community members to a new school year! My name is Tyler Thompson, and I am privileged to be the Principal at Stevens Middle School. Our staff believe that every student has the ability to succeed, and we are committed to creating a learning environment that supports, challenges, and celebrates each child.

As we begin this new academic year, we remain focused on fostering a school culture that is inclusive, collaborative, and centered on the whole child. Our dedicated team of educators works together with a shared commitment to ensuring high levels of learning for all students. Through purposeful collaboration, ongoing professional development, and the use of data-driven instruction, our teachers design rigorous and engaging lessons that meet students where they are and help them grow beyond expectations.

We believe that learning is a collective responsibility, and we are proud of the strong partnerships between staff, families, and the community that make our school a place of excellence. In addition to academic achievement, we prioritize the development of social and emotional skills that help students thrive both inside and outside the classroom.
